Refund Policy

Refunds will not be accepted due to missing packages or delays.

Due to COVID-19, by law, I am not to accept any exchanges or refunds once the item has left my possession. For this reason please ensure you are checking all measurements and sizing charts before ordering as size exchanges will not be permitted. (apparel) 

Once packages have left my possession I am no longer responsible. If you feel your package is lost or stuck please follow up with the shipping courier as I have no control over the whereabouts of said packages.
